Making legal
structure legible.
Company Secretary and Legal Officer working in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal literacy — for a group of companies, and for the people who never had someone explain the rules to them.
About
Television lawyers are what first made the profession look appealing — the confidence, the sharp arguments, the courtroom drama. What actually kept me in law looked nothing like that. Much of my career has been in the unglamorous space of board procedures, compliance, and the fine print of the Companies Act, across a group spanning agriculture, tourism, energy, health, and hospitality.
Alongside that, co-founding Nyayik Paridhi came from a simple belief: legal literacy in Nepal is deeply unequal, and the same governance principles protecting a company should be accessible to ordinary people and young organizations too.
